We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it an be unused. Please also have your order details
To start a return, you can contact us at support@lab-lifeandbeauty.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If you prefer that we send you a returns shipping label we can also do this. Your refund will be issued less the cost of the return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lifetime Warranty terms
- Lab provides warranties for its devices for a period of lifetime* from the date of original retail purchase provided that all warranty guidelines are met.
- This warranty has exclusions including any damage through misuse and is not
- If a technical defect occurs we shall repair or exchange the product with a new product.
- A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
- When a product is exchanged, any replacement product becomes your property and the replaced product becomes LAB's property.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the value of the product in question.
- If the device is no longer manufactured LAB will attempt to repair or replace with a similar device but cannot guarantee the item
- This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by, or, for LAB that can be identified by the LAB trade mark
- This Limited Warranty does not cover products sold by Unauthorized Distributors or retailers
- This Limited Warranty does not cover: (1) damage due to misuse or abuse (including but not limited to using the product with an incorrect voltage supply), dropping, or other operation in violation of the written safety precautions provided with the product (2) tampering with, such as the unauthorized repair or attempted repair of the product.
- Warranty is only valid with a receipt of purchase from an authorised reseller
During the 12 months after purchase LAB will replace a device with a manufacturer fault. Not damages through misuse or accident. Following this period a handling and shipping fee of £40 will be charged to replace any technically faulty devices.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. Return to Battramsley Lodge, Southampton, Lymington Hampshire SO41 8PT.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order details or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
